Super-Simple Shrimp Tostadas
Pull the tails off 1 Pound pre-cooked Medium Shrimp, and cut each one into thirds – reserving a few whole ones for garnish.
Add to 1 container prepared Pico de Gallo (we used Ready Pac brand).
Squeeze with juice of 1/4 Lime, and stir until well-mixed.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pre-made Tostadas (we used Guerrero) on a foil-lined baking sheet and top with a slice of Cheddar Cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Top tostada with shredded Cabbage, Shrimp mixture, Guacamole, and a whole Shrimp
Peach Clafouti
This provincal French dessert is so easy to make and so delicious!  I can’t believe this is the first time I ever made it.  This recipe comes from The Gardening Gourmet on FaceBook.  Her recipes are contained in the captions of her photos, so here is a printable version.
Enjoy!
