Banana Bread and Muffins October 12, 2010 by susanelester 2 Comments Sour Cream Banana Bread and Muffins This Banana Bread is so moist – the secret ingredient is Sour Cream! The batter works well for muffins and bread. For muffins, bake for 25 minutes; for bread, bake for 50 minutes. I sprinkled the tops with Cinnamon Sugar and Walnuts and Pecans.
