This week’s Baked Sunday Mornings challenge is for this luscious Orange Creamsicle Tart! How could you not want to make something described as, “…soda-fountain quaint with a whiff of Le Cordon Bleu…”? I loved Creamsicles when I was a kid!
This is an involved recipe with several steps, so I’m glad I made it on a Saturday. Orange permeates every layer from the delicate pastry to the Orange Curd filling and the Orange scented Whipped Cream. It’s a really light, lovely, summery dessert.
