In the 1980s streusel bundt cakes were so popular that you could buy cake mixes for them. They make great breakfast and snack cakes as well as nice desserts. This one, infused with orange, is a perfect last-minute cake for unexpected company because it calls for items you’re likely to have on hand.
Super Simple Orange Streusel Bundt Cake
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray the inside of a 10-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Prepare a yellow cake mix according to package directions substituting Orange Juice for the required amount of Water.
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
Then stir in:
1/4 cup mini Cinnamon Chips
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Walnuts
Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, cover with streusel, then top with remaining batter, and bake according to package directions – should be about 40 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for for 15 minutes before turning onto serving plate.
