When John took me to the Wine Cask for my birthday, I had the most delightful Bellini Gelato. Since Bellinis are my cocktail of choice, I’ve been a bit obsessed with it. So, I convinced John to make this Peach Bellini Sorbet. He directly translated the drink recipe into this luscious dessert.
Peach Bellini Sorbet
Pour the following into the bowl of an ice cream maker:
2 11.5-ounce cans Kerns Peach Nectar
3 Cups Prosecco (or other sparkling white wine)
1/2 Cup Creme de Peche
Churn for 20 – 30 minutes until sorbet reaches desired consistency.
For a real treat, Place 2 scoops in a champagne stem and fill with Prosecco!
Enjoy!
