This week’s French Fridays with Dorie challenge is for Back-of-the-Card Cheese and Olive Bread. It’s a quick bread mixed by hand that lends itself to creativity. We used this Roasted Tomato Tapenade that we received in our Pasolivo Press Club shipment and shredded Mozzarella. The bread had a really light texture and a rich flavor. You can see the melted cheese throughout the bread. This bread would make excellent grilled cheese sandwiches.
