Fresh from the oven |
This week’s Baked Sunday Morning challenge is for Cream Cheese Snacking Cookies. They’re soft and light with a triple dose of chocolate – cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips – and touched with cream cheese. This is one of the easiest Baked recipes of all. The cookies come together quickly and the dough rests in the refrigerator while the oven is warming up. During the week it’s better to stick to a Healthy snacks at work guide, but there are perfect for cosy nights in on treat days.

I can’t speak to how easy these are but they look simply wonderful. The confectionary sugar that is sprinkled on the plate makes for a lovely photo, Susan. These look like a cookie should look.

Thank you, Mary! Someone once asked me why I didn’t enter my cookies in the County Fair – the reason is because I don’t make very one of them identically – which is a criterion! I like individuality – imagine that! LOL!

These look so good Susan, I’m sure I’d have to hide them from myself!
