|Fabulous Summer Meal|
This week’s French Fridays with Dorie challenge is for Dieter’s Tartine which is SO much better than it sounds. A tartine is an open-faced sandwich usually topped with a rich spread. It’s perfect for summer with a simple salad drizzled with olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

We started with toasted slices of Como Bread spread with Ricotta Cheese. Then added the first tomatoes from our summer garden and diced zucchini, then sprinkled them with salt, pepper, and fresh chives. And just before taking the first bite, drizzled Olive Oil over the top.
