Just fabulous! |
This week’s Baked Sunday Mornings challenge is for Whiskey Peach Upside-Down Cake. The beautiful presentation of this warm, yummy cake belies how easy it is to prepare. Imagine peaches encased in whiskey-scented caramel on top of warm, soft, buttery cake topped with whiskey whipped cream! Yum!
Just flip it and serve it! |
We had my family to dinner tonight and served this cake for dessert. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. Lucky for us – there are a couple of slices left! This is a great cake for company because you can prepare it ahead of time, slide it into the oven just as your guests arrive, then serve it warm for dessert. It’s easy and elegant.
Enjoy!

Mmmm, your description of it is as yummy as the cake itself! This really was a good cake. And would be great for company, as it is so fast and easy to put together. I look forward to making it again (and again). 🙂
