Since I grew up in Italy, I am very familiar with Bertolli products. Â I was excited to be offered the chance to review their latest products and share them with you. Â I received all three Bertolli Olive Oil Sprays and tried each one out according to its recommended uses. Â And now, I get to share a set with you, too!
For Sticky Pasta
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is meant to be sprayed directly on food so you can use it for a quick, light salad dressing. Â We sprayed it on cooked pasta and tossed it to keep it from sticking together. Â Since our pasta sauce was made with olive oil, it was perfect because it kept our spaghetti from sticking together without adding another layer of flavor to our sauce.
I used the Extra Light Olive Oil Spray to line a baking pan for a simple cake. Â It was easy to use but didn’t provide the easy release of a similar spray made with flour, specifically for baking.

Oh – I like the idea of spraying on Pasta.
I would use them to coat the pan before making my spinach and egg omelets.

I am anxious to try these, especially the extra virgin. After grilling veggies, I like to add some fresh extra virgin olive oil to give them a fresh olive taste. This might be the perfect way to easily achieve that! ~ David
